Sadie Samuels

Sadie Samuels is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital content and community engagement. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Digital Content & Engagement at the California Academy of Sciences since February 2023, Sadie previously held various roles at Apple from June 2013 to January 2023, including Social and Video Strategy Manager for AppleCare Digital and Social Strategy Lead for Apple Support. Sadie has also worked as an independent contractor in nonprofit administration and event planning, and served as Interim Director of Operations at the Newberger Hillel Center at the University of Chicago. Additional roles in administration and coordination span from positions at the CA Department of Conservation and Society and Culture Research Forum to earlier experience at the Law Office of Suzanne J. Shephard and Barnes & Noble. Sadie holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a Minor in Global Studies from Sonoma State University.
