Kevin Davis

Kevin Davis is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Deputy Attorney General in the Civil Prosecutions Unit of the Division of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse at the California Department of Justice since December 2018. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as an Attorney at Boutin Jones Inc. from September 2007 to November 2018, and held positions as a Clinical Intern at the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office and as a Legal Extern at the Governor's Office, Department of Legal Affairs, State of California. Additional experience includes serving as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District. Kevin obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Religion from Dartmouth College.
