Ashok Narasimhan

Ashok Narasimhan is an accomplished business leader and advisor with a notable background in technology and management. Currently serving as Trustee Emeritus at the California Institute of Integral Studies and as an advisor at the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab (VLAB), Narasimhan has been a Charter Member Emeritus of TiE since 1993. As the co-founder and CEO of Omnyway, Inc. until December 2024, Narasimhan has also held significant roles, including board member positions at Rediff.com, Tarang Software Technologies, and Avendus Capital. Co-founding and leading Runa Inc. until its acquisition by Staples and July Systems until its acquisition by Cisco further highlights Narasimhan's entrepreneurial spirit. Narasimhan earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Sc. in Physics from Madras Christian College.
