Joshua was responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Before their work at The Holistic HR, Joshua was a Social Media Consultant at The Copper Moon from March 2013 to June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for creating and executing social media strategy, managing social media platforms, and producing content.
