Michelle Lam

Michelle Lam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business leadership and investment. Currently serving in a Founding Business Role at Caltech, Michelle supports technical founders in deep technology early-stage startups. Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO of True&Co, Michelle led the company until its acquisition by PVH Corp., where Michelle continued as President. Prior to these roles, valuable experience was gained at Bain Capital Ventures as Principal, and at Parthenon Capital as Associate, focusing on significant investments. Early career positions include Manager of Corporate Strategy at Microsoft and various roles at The Boston Consulting Group and PwC. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Waterloo.
