Rachel Clausnitzer

Rachel Clausnitzer (Wiechman), PE, is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Carbon Project Manager at California Resources Corporation since August 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Aera Energy LLC, where Rachel held multiple positions including Projects Engineering Supervisor, leading a team of 14 and navigating organizational changes, as well as roles as Facilities Engineer II/III and Reliability Engineer II, focusing on project management, engineering design, and compliance with safety regulations.
