Jeffrey Bentley

Jeffrey Bentley, Ph.D., is an accomplished academic and consultant in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at California State University, Long Beach since August 2015, Jeffrey previously held positions as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo and Canisius College. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University at Buffalo, Jeffrey's professional experience includes roles such as Program Manager of Training and Development at NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation and Consultant at HR Foundations, focusing on performance management and leadership development. As President of the Organizational Development Association at NYU, Jeffrey led initiatives in professional development for students in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
