Joanne Scillitoe

Joanne Scillitoe serves as the Founding Executive Director of the Center for Social and Technology Entrepreneurship at California State University, Northridge since August 2018. In addition, Joanne holds the Paul Jennings Chair in Entrepreneurship and is a Professor of Management, as well as a Faculty Mentor for the Chancellor's Doctoral Incentive Program. Joanne's recent experience includes a Fulbright Specialist role in Entrepreneurship at Fergana Polytechnic University and being a Fellow at the Academy for Innovative Higher Education Leadership. Previous positions include Professor of Entrepreneurship and Academic Director at the New York Institute of Technology, where Joanne guided numerous student teams to success in business competitions. Joanne's academic credentials include an MBA and PhD from Rutgers University, along with a BS from The College of New Jersey and an AAS from Middlesex College.
