Joanie Lutz

Joanie Lutz is a seasoned professional in User Experience (UX) design with a comprehensive background in creating customer-centric solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Cloud UX at Calix since September 2020, Joanie previously held multiple roles at Punchh, including Sr. Manager of User Experience and UX Designer. Earlier experience at Plutora involved designing usability enhancements and educating stakeholders on design thinking while achieving significant user engagement improvements. Joanie’s career began at Trumpet Behavioral Health, where leadership in therapy teams and data analysis contributed to early UX development. Joanie holds an MS in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
