Evren Şen has worked in various roles since 2000. Evren began their career at Karel Electronics as an Electronic Technician, providing technical programming support, product training, and maintenance and repair of the company's telephone exchanges. In 2008, they took on the role of Sales Team Leader for the TURKCELL KONTOR HATTI project, managing outbound sales teams and leading them to reach their goals. From 2010 to 2018, they worked at Tempo Cagri Merkezi in two roles: Operations and Customer Relations Unit Manager and Operations Supervisor. In these roles, they were responsible for sales operations, call center management, telemarketing, customer relations, and managing over 300 agents. In 2016, they joined AloTech, where they held the roles of Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Customer Relations Manager. In 2018, they moved to Call Center Studio as a Sales Manager.

Evren Şen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from York Turkey in 2018. Prior to that, they studied Uluslararası İlişkiler at Anadolu University and Elektronik at Şişli Teknik.
