Stephanie Harvey is a highly experienced professional in the field of microbiology, particularly fermentation science. Currently serving as Principal Fermentation Scientist at Callaghan Innovation since October 2018, Stephanie has previously held significant roles at Fonterra Research & Development Centre from 2003 to October 2018, including Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist. Earlier in Stephanie's career, positions at the New Zealand Dairy Research Institute, now part of Fonterra Research & Development Centre, included Senior Technical Officer and Technical Officer from 1997 to 2003, along with a role as Technician from August 1994 to February 1996. Academically, Stephanie holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microbiology and Proteomics from Victoria University of Wellington, a Master's Degree in Microbiology from Massey University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Science from The University of Waikato.
