James Dastrup

James Dastrup is the VP of Engineering at CallTower. James has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working as an IT manager for companies such as American Express, Echopass (acquired by Genesys in 2013), and Emdeon (now Change Healthcare). James is a highly skilled engineer, with a focus on system architecture and design. James has a strong track record of leading engineering teams to success, and has been instrumental in the success of several major projects.

James Dastrup's educational career includes attending El Camino College and Salt Lake Community College. James also has various certifications from Cisco, Clarity Consulting, Polycom, Microsoft, and Genesys.

Their manager is Brandon Watts, Chief Technology Officer. They are on a team with Doug Larsen - Senior Director of Software & Product, John Lodden - Director of Telecom.
