Ricky Gooms

Ricky Gooms is an experienced kitchen supervisor and chief steward with a strong background in culinary management. Currently serving as a kitchen supervisor at Calo Inc. since June 2020, Ricky has been instrumental in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food quality. In addition, Ricky has held the position of chief steward at Madeleine's French Patisserie since March 2017, where responsibilities include managing kitchen staff and maintaining kitchen efficiency.
