Earlier in their career, Rick held various leadership positions at Plaza Bank and Bank of Manhattan N.A., including President, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and EVP & Chief Banking Officer. Additionally, they have experience serving as a Board Member for the El Segundo Education Foundation and working as a VP at CAST Management Consultants.
Rick Sowers earned a BA in Economics from UC San Diego in 1995. Rick also attended Pacific Coast Banking School - PCBS from 2014 to 2017, specializing in Banking.
