Rachel Baker

Rachel Baker joined CALSTART as the Membership Development Manager in 2022. She is responsible for leading the organization’s efforts to recruit new members and engage their membership base.

Before joining CALSTART, Rachel worked for the designated Clean Cities coalition in Ohio, Clean Fuels Ohio. She thoroughly enjoys working in the clean transportation industry and is excited to be a part of the CALSTART team. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science and a Master of Environment and Natural Resources degree, both from Ohio State University.
