Darryl Lewis

Darryl Lewis has extensive experience in analytical and customer service roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Payment Analyst at CalSTRS since February 2017, Darryl has previously held positions as a User Acceptance Testing Analyst, Payment Analyst, and within Customer Service. Prior to CalSTRS, Darryl worked at Verizon Wireless from September 2013 to January 2017 as an Operations Coordinator and Management Support Team Operations Coordinator, focusing on customer loyalty, account management, and performance analysis. Darryl's earlier experience includes working as a Counselor at Gateway Residential Programs and as a Project Specialist at Creative Resources & Research. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Cosumnes River College.
