Menisha Haduca

Menisha Haduca has over 15 years of experience in financial and budget management. Currently serving as the Budget Operations Manager and previously as a Contract & Budget Analyst at CalSTRS since July 2018, Menisha is part of the Benefits and Services Branch, providing critical financial, contractual, and personnel research and analysis to senior and executive leadership. Menisha supports five divisions including Service Retirement, Disability and Survivor Benefits, Member Account Services, Customer Service, and Retirement Readiness. Prior to CalSTRS, Menisha held the position of Department Manager at Nugget Market, Inc. from June 2004 to July 2018. Educationally, Menisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis, earned between 2002 and 2006.
