William Prezant

William Prezant is of counsel in the law firm Prezant & Mollath, where he has represented businesses and fiduciaries. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous businesses and has chaired the Board of Directors and the Corporate Governance Committee of a NYSE REIT. He has also served as an advisor for the private equity and real estate portfolios for family trusts and presently serves as a strategic advisor to 5P Investment Partners.

While living in Nevada, he served on numerous community boards and was campaign manager for four statewide political campaigns and chaired one presidential campaign. He received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown Law Center.
