Kelsea Adair Ullrich

Kelsea Adair Ullrich is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Design Director, Consultant at Calypso St. Barth since July 2024. In this role, Kelsea directs the end-to-end design strategy across all product categories, balancing brand integrity with seasonal relevance and commercial success. Previously, Kelsea was a Senior Designer at MILLY, where responsibilities included leading the design and development of seasonal collections and presenting cohesive design strategies to align with business goals. Prior experience includes designing monthly capsule collections at INTERMIX and various roles at The Natori Company, Capelli New York, Sisters On The Runway, and Abercrombie & Fitch. Kelsea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Marist University and has furthered education at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
