Jeff Hellerud

Jeff Hellerud has extensive experience in the construction industry, serving as the Construction Division Manager at CAM Services since February 2009. Previously, Jeff worked as the Director of Construction at CalAsia Property Development Company for over three decades, overseeing the construction of over 200 shopping centers. Jeff holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology - Construction from California State University, Long Beach. In their current role, Jeff manages project managers, handles design-build projects, recruits field personnel, and develops competitive pricing models for construction items. Jeff also focuses on risk management and increasing division efficiency.
