Rick Rivera

Rick Rivera serves as an Expert Witness and Consultant at CBM1 since October 2020, providing expert testimony and analysis on various commercial real estate issues, including disputes related to dual agency and landlord-tenant relationships. As the Principal and co-founder of CBM1 Commercial Brokerage, Rick also manages commercial property sales and leasing throughout Southern California. Additionally, Rick is a Member of the Board of Directors at CAM Property Services, advising on sales, operations, and marketing. Previously, Rick held the position of President and CEO at Centers Business Management from 1989 to October 2020, shaping the company into a leading retail brokerage and property management firm in Southern California. Rick Rivera holds a BA in Humanities (Ethics) from Menlo College, attained between 1985 and 1989.
