Melle also works as a Project Manager for meltyourmind_ and is a certified NLP Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. Prior experience includes positions at Kaufland Deutschland as a Shop- & Content Manager, International Product Manager, and Marketing Manager, as well as an internship in the USA through the GIZ/CulturalVistas program. Melle holds multiple certifications in yoga, NLP coaching, organizational development, and somatic alignment, showcasing a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
