Previously, Paul was the Senior Director of Post-acquisition Integration and Performance Management at John Wiley & Sons UK LLP, and the Chief Financial Officer at Hindawi Limited. Paul also held roles at Bravura Solutions and Temenos, showcasing their extensive experience in finance and operations across various companies. Paul is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Accounting.
