Ash Cope

Ash Cope is an experienced UX design leader with a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving product strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Director and Head of UX Design at Cambia Health Solutions since June 2021, Ash previously held multiple leadership roles at Expedia Group from December 2008 to June 2020, including Director of User Experience and Senior Manager of User Experience. Responsibilities included recruiting and managing teams, leading cross-functional efforts in solving complex program-level challenges, and executing product vision in transportation and growth sectors. Ash's foundational experience includes roles at Eddie Bauer as Lead Copywriter and Onlineshoes.com as Copywriter. Ash holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Oregon, earned in 2004.
