David Cappellucci

David Cappellucci is a seasoned executive in the educational software industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Teachtown since April 2012, where a turnaround and growth strategy for Pre-K through 12 educational software focused on special needs students is being implemented. As the Founder of Cambium Learning, initiated in December 2002, David developed the company’s strategic direction, successfully growing acquired businesses from $40 million to over $100 million in three years and expanding the company's size to $200 million through major acquisitions. David's prior leadership roles include founding Classwell Learning Group, where innovative K-12 technology solutions were created, and numerous key management positions at Houghton Mifflin Company, where strategic planning and development significantly contributed to company revenues. David holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.A. from Boston College.
