Juliet Wilson is an experienced leader in assessment and customer support, currently serving as the Director of Assessment and Customer Support at Cambridge University Press & Assessment since November 2021. Previously, Juliet held the position of Director of Assessment at Cambridge Assessment International Education and at Cambridge English Language Assessment from March 2010 to December 2021. With a strong educational background that includes a Master's Degree in Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society and a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature and German from King's College London, Juliet also holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management. Juliet's extensive experience includes managing a team of 165 individuals responsible for producing teaching, learning, and assessment materials.
