Steve Thomas

Steve Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in applied science and industrial biotechnology. Since January 2016, Steve has served as Associate Director at Cambridge Consultants, focusing on enhancing bioreactor design through Computational Fluid Dynamics, microfluidics, and sensor physics. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions including Senior Consultant at CIT Technology Limited, where management of product engineering and intellectual property portfolios was key, and Technology Transfer Associate at Cambridge Enterprise, responsible for patent filing and collaboration agreements. Additionally, Steve's experience includes leadership in sales at CIR Strategy and project management at GigaTera. Educated at the University of Cambridge with a Ph.D. in Physics, Steve possesses a strong foundation in natural sciences and materials science.
