Alice Newcombe-Ellis

Alice is founder and managing partner of Ahren Innovation Capital (AIC), focusing on transformative investments at the intersection of deep technology and deep science. Alice established AIC to capture the generational opportunity to provide smart capital to deep tech, supporting exceptional founders to realise their ambitions. Prior to founding AIC, Alice’s career has spanned several years in both private and public market investing, including at leading $72bn AuM private equity firm TPG Capital and $15bn hedge fund Lansdowne Partners. Alice holds a Double First Class degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in Mathematics & Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge. She graduated with High Distinction as a Fulbright Scholar and Baker Scholar, with an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
