Ehsan Azadi Yazdi

Ehsan Azadi Yazdi is currently serving as Control Lead at Cambridge Mechatronics Ltd since June 2023, following a tenure as Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer at CMR Surgical from February 2022 to June 2023. Ehsan has extensive academic experience as an Associate Professor at Shiraz University, where over a decade was dedicated to teaching more than 15 courses in engineering and supervising over 20 Master’s theses. Additionally, Ehsan directed the Technology Incubator at Fars Science and Technology Park from March 2016 to March 2021, mentoring over 100 startups and advising on various business ventures. Ehsan also gained valuable research experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of British Columbia, focusing on machine tools dynamic analysis and feedback control. Ehsan holds a PhD in Control Engineering from The University of British Columbia, along with an MSc from Sharif University of Technology and a BSc from Shiraz University.
