George Diakidis began their career in 2014 as an attendee of the International Research-Centered Summer School at the National Center for Scientific Research "Demokritos". In 2015, they completed a Research Internship at the same institution. In 2018, they held the position of Research Engineer at Canon Medical Research Europe Ltd. and also attended the International Summer School on Imaging with Medical Applications at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Cambridge Quantum as a Software Engineer on the Arrow team, developing the company's low latency AI trading platform.
George Diakidis obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh between 2016 and 2017. George also holds certifications from Udacity, Coursera, and Coursera in Introduction to Computer Vision, Mining Massive Datasets, and Probabilistic Graphical Models, respectively.
