Maria T. has been working in the scientific field since 2006. Maria began their career as a Research Assistant at the Russian Research Center "Kurchatov Institute". In 2015, they moved to The University of Edinburgh, where they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. In 2018, Maria became a Scientific Consultant at Quantemol Ltd. Most recently, they began working as a Research Scientist at Cambridge Quantum in 2021.
Maria T. attended Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics (Plasma Physics). Maria then attended University of Kassel from 2009 to 2010. Afterwards, they attended Leibniz Universität Hannover from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.).
