Allen Wells

Allen Wells is an experienced IT professional with a background in telecommunications and technical support. Since January 2010, Allen has served as the IT Voice Lead at Camden Property Trust, focusing on community communications and managing circuits from various ISPs. Prior to this role, Allen worked at Nortel from January 1997 to December 2009, providing remote support for CS1000 customers and serving as a Technology Introduction Project Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as a Validation Senior Engineer at Global Customer Care Services and as a Senior Field Technician at Southwestern Bell, where Allen managed telecommunications installations and maintenance. Allen's education includes studies at Mt. Diablo High School and the Universal Technical Institute.
