Teresa Watson has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Projects at Camden Property Trust since May 2023. Previously, Teresa was the Owner - Strengths Coach and Strategic Partner at Roma Strategies from January 2018 to July 2023. Teresa also held the position of Senior Director, Coaching and Facilitation at Talent Plus, Inc. from September 2019 to September 2020. Prior to these roles, Teresa spent over three decades at Camden Property Trust, where the positions included Director of Employee Development and District Manager. Teresa is furthering education at Eastern Illinois University, having begun studies in 1984.
