Leontine Atkins is a corporate director. She was appointed to Cameco’s board effective August 1, 2020. Leontine received a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from Acadia University and a master of business administration degree from Dalhousie University. She has obtained her CPA and CA designations as well as the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Leontine serves as a director and audit committee chair of both Points International Ltd. and Seven Generations Energy Ltd. She is a director of the municipal utility, EPCOR Utilities Inc. She served on the board of the Calgary Economic Development from 2014 to 2020 and is a member of the executive committee of the Calgary Chapter of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
