Mr. Carlos holds a degree in business administration from the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of São Paulo (USP), with a master’s degree in the United States of America and a specialization in Strategic Marketing from the Harvard Business School and in Marketing from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), in Lausanne, Switzerland. Mr. Carlos is a professor at the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting at the University of São Paulo (FIAUSP), at the Master in Business Administration programs at the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), and at the GV Pec continuing education programs at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. (FGV). Mr. Carlos has been a member of the Company’s board of directors since January 2008. In addition to the Company, Mr. Carlos is a member of the board of directors of Aramis, active in the retail and production of menswear, since January 2014, he is also a member of the Advisory Board of TV 1 and of the Board of Directors of the Almeida Junior Group and of the Board of the Instituto Vencer o Cancer (pro-bono) he was CEO of Tecnisa SA and Vice-Chairman of its Board of Directors until December 2012, for 8 years he also served as Member of the Board of GSA Alimentos and as Fiscal Councilor of Abril Educação for 2 years, with these companies are not part of the Company’s economic group.
