Charlie Plummer currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at MCS, overseeing a team of 40 finance professionals and managing financial reporting, planning, and analysis for a private equity-backed property management firm with $200 million in annual revenue. Since July 2019, Charlie has also held the CFO position at Camin Cargo Control Inc., a leader in lab testing and inspection services for the oil and gas sector. Previous roles include CFO at Otto Environmental Systems North America, where Charlie managed financial activities for a $110 million revenue company, and at Proterra Inc., where successful fundraising efforts included a $140 million Series E round. Additional experience includes CFO positions at Martex Fiber and Bel Art Products, along with significant corporate finance roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Ford Motor Company. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a Master's degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Penn State University, along with a certificate in Private Capital Markets from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
