Chris Burkhalter is an accomplished professional in laboratory operations and technical management, currently serving as the Director of US Laboratory Operations at Camin Cargo Control Inc. since June 2014. In this role, Chris collaborates with the Laboratory, Operations, and Business Development teams to drive the technical and commercial advancement of the laboratory network. Previous positions include Laboratory Technical Excellence Manager, where Chris focused on implementing technical initiatives, and Product Blending and Technical Resource, providing quality oversight and technical support to the Petroleum Inspection Laboratory Network. Prior experience includes a tenure at Intertek from 2002 to 2014, where Chris held roles such as General Manager of Laboratories and Laboratory Technical Services Manager, overseeing a network of petroleum laboratories across the US and the Caribbean. Chris began in the industry at Intertek from 1993 to 1998 as a Laboratory Technician and Supervisor. Academic credentials include a degree from the University of Houston, earned between 1993 and 1997.
