John Ildefonso

John Ildefonso is an experienced educator and artist with a diverse background in teaching and arts administration. Currently serving as a High School Teacher at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy since January 2006, John also holds the position of Assistant Principal of Instruction at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Additionally, John is the Owner of JMI Art since January 2000 and has served as Lead Facilitator at The Getty from 2001 to 2011. From 1995 to 2009, John worked as an Artist at the Museum of Contemporary Art. John Ildefonso's academic credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from California State University, Los Angeles, a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Fine/Studio Arts from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the same institution.
