Rafael Canato

Rafael Canato possesses extensive experience in e-commerce and operational management, currently serving as the Head of E-Commerce and Omnichannel at Camisaria Colombo since February 2014, where significant achievements include the restructuring of B2C/B2B e-commerce and the integration of various digital sales channels. Previously, Rafael served as Director of Operations/E-Commerce at i-Supply, effectively overseeing logistics, finance, and commercial processes while facilitating the launch of the company. Early career roles include Operations Manager and IT Coordinator at DISAL S.A., where operational efficiencies and system integrations were successfully implemented. Rafael holds an MBA in Supply Chain from USP and additional educational background from FAAP and an English language program in Bristol.
