CAMP

CAMP is not a gym, it is an experience. Adulting is stressful, but trying to be a healthy happy adult shouldn’t be. At CAMP, the studio isn’t just a place to train and practice, it’s a place to play. Play is just as important as work, if not more so. (When was the last time you grew as a person creating a spreadsheet? Or made lifelong friends during a PowerPoint presentation?) CAMP is where we find our new besties and where we find our strength. CAMP is Summer camp whenever you need it. Work hard. Play harder. CAMP inspires our best selves to come out of hiding. CAMP is more than just fun and games (although TBH, there’s LOTS of fun and games). CAMP transforms and liberates. At CAMP we support, we love and we inspire, so that CAMPers (and counselors!) have the confidence to let their physique flags fly. To bring out everyone’s best, we surround ourselves with the best: the best talent, the best people, the best program. We are a COMMUNITY. We welcome all and support all. We get each other’s hearts racing with new adventures and new friendships. We connect to each other and connect with ourselves. We come of age - no matter our age. CAMP isn’t a gym, it’s an experience. Olly olly oxen free! At CAMP our best selves come out of hiding. There’s so much to do at CAMP - it’s never the same activity twice. (Heck, it isn’t even the same activity in the next room over.) For CAMPers and counselors, CAMP is always fresh, always growing, always challenging. Because staying in one place is borrrrring. Sure, a good sweat sesh is hard work, but at CAMP, hard work is fun. Choose your own adventure.
