Matthew Jacques

Matthew Jacques is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, business process improvement, and product development. Currently serving as Senior Director and PMO Head at CAMP Systems International, Inc. since October 2013, Matthew oversees operational processes across global locations, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and high service quality. Previous roles include Director of Operations where oversight expanded to external-facing processes and quality efforts, as well as Product Manager for internal applications. Matthew's earlier career includes positions as a Marketing Analyst and Business Analyst at C&S Wholesale Grocers, where significant contributions were made to market strategies and operational efficiencies. Additionally, Matthew serves as a Venture Scout at Level Up Ventures, focusing on early-stage Black and Latino led-startups.
