Alessandro Crippa has extensive experience in Human Resources, with their most recent position being the Global Head of HR Operations at Campari Group. In this role, they provide strategic guidance on various HR areas and oversees HR operations in Italy. Prior to this, they served as the Senior HR Director for the SEMEA region and the HR Director for PSC Europe and HR Services Italy. Alessandro has also held positions as the HR Director for PSC Europe and the HR Manager for BU Wines at Campari Group. Alessandro Crippa received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Università degli Studi di Milano, from 1993 to 2002. In 2022, they obtained the Hogan Certified qualification from Hogan. Additionally, they hold a certification in SHL-OPQ32. In 2023, Alessandro received the HRC TOP HR DIRECTOR AWARD from HRC International Group.
