Davide Guizzardi has extensive experience in the logistics industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Davide started their career at DHL in 1989 as a Germany Groupage Department Team Leader. Davide then worked at Fercam S.p.A., where they contributed to the start-up and development of the "International Groupage" Business Unit and later became the Import / Export Groupage Department Manager. In 1999, they joined Candy Hoover group as the Group International Transport Manager, responsible for managing transportation flows and optimizing logistics. Davide later became the Group Physical Distribution Manager, overseeing the design and management of the distribution network globally. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Global Logistics Director at Candy Hoover group, with accountability for the entire supply chain and delivery of millions of appliances. Currently, they are the Global Logistics Director at Campari Group, leading the reshaping and design of global logistics processes, ensuring consistent execution and building a worldwide logistics organization.

Davide Guizzardi attended Istituto Tecnico from 1984 to 1988 and obtained a Diploma Ragioneria.
