Meredith Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Meredith is currently working at Campari Group as the Global Brand Director for the Jamaican Rum Portfolio, starting in December 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Global Brand Manager for Tequilas at Campari Group from April 2022 to December 2023.
Before joining Campari Group, Meredith worked at Pernod Ricard for a significant period of time. Meredith'sroles at Pernod Ricard include Senior Brand Manager for Mumm Napa from August 2021 to April 2022, Brand Manager for G.H. Mumm Champagne from October 2019 to August 2021, and various positions in brand management and experiential marketing for Chivas, Gins & High End Irish Whiskey from August 2018 to October 2019. Meredith started as an Intern in Experiential Marketing & PR in September 2011 and progressed to the role of Associate Manager in Experiential Marketing from August 2015 to August 2018.
Earlier in their career, Meredith worked as a Marketing and Strategy Intern at Pure Branding in 2011 and as the Harriet Newhall Fellow in the Office of Admission at Mount Holyoke College from August 2010 to June 2011. Meredith also gained experience as an Event Planning and Logistics Manager at the International Institute for Women in Engineering's École Polytechnique Féminin from June 2010 to September 2010.
Meredith's previous experience includes working as a Publicity and Marketing Intern at The Feminist Press at the City University of New York in 2009 and as a Promotions and Marketing Intern at O, the Oprah Magazine in 2007.
Meredith Nelson completed their education at Mount Holyoke College from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gender Studies & French. Meredith previously attended Jericho High School from 2003 to 2007.
