Sascha Cumia, of Italian origin, was born in Germany in 1970. Sascha holds a degree in International Business Administration from the Bocconi University (Milan). After some international assignments at multinational companies, he joined the export division of Campari Group in 2000, working in the USA and Canada markets. Some years later, he took over the management of European markets such as Germany and Austria, and other markets such as the Czech Republic and Hungary. In 2006, Sascha was appointed Regional Director for Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Just over a year later, in 2007, he was appointed Managing Director of Campari Austria. In 2012, Sascha becomes the Managing Director of the Business Unit South America. From March 2015 until June 2016 he covers the position of Managing Director of BU Wines. Following an assignment as Head of Group Resources Optimization, Sascha takes up the role of Managing Director Italian Market. Starting from September 1st 2019, Sascha Cumia is Managing Director Business Unit SEMEA at Campari Group.
