Barb Rozman-Stokes serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Campbell Ewald, a position held since 2002, where leadership focuses on Talent, People, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture of trust and transparency through employee communications. Additionally, Barb is the Founder and a member of the Talent Equity Alliance since January 2021, dedicated to promoting equity in talent management. Prior to these roles, Barb was the Human Resource Manager for Initiative Media from September 2001 to September 2002, overseeing HR operations for the eastern US region. Barb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University, completed in 1997, and graduated from Mercy High School in 1993.
