James Jones

James Jones is a telecom implementation analyst who has worked for UPS since April 2002. James is currently a trustee at Campbellsville University.

During their time at UPS, James has managed a wide array of data network hardware projects, overseeing the initiation, procurement, and allocation of resources for multiple hardware refreshes and decommissions. James has also provided physical and logical support for network components after completed implementations, and has created and maintained written implementation standards, processes, and procedures.

In addition to their project management responsibilities, James has also been responsible for maintaining contracts, renewals, metrics, appropriations, and other business-office documents used in tracking departmental success and finances. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, UPS has been able to maintain a reliable network infrastructure with minimal downtime.

James Jones attended Campbellsville University for their Bachelor's Science in Organizational Management with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. James also attended Jeffson Community College for their field in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Lastly, they went to the University of Kentucky for Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
