Alicen Maniscalco has extensive experience in various roles centered around product support, documentation, and education. Currently serving as a Product Specialist at CampSite since January 2018, Alicen has also held positions including Support and Documentation Specialist and Support and Training Specialist. Prior experience includes advising over 400 undergraduate students at the Academy of Art University from September 2013 to May 2017 and providing personalized English-language instruction as a Language Instructor at Jezikovni Center OMNIA. Additional roles include Communications Manager at vox.io, where Alicen managed blog content and customer support, and Office Assistant at Moravian College, where clerical and data entry tasks were performed. Alicen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Moravian University, complemented by a study abroad experience at Webster Vienna Private University.
