Brooks Royer

Brooks Royer currently serves as Senior Manager of FP&A at Camunda, a role held since August 2025, following a position as Director of FP&A at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) from February 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple business entities. Prior experience includes Finance Manager and Senior Analyst roles at Carvana, where Brooks developed forecasting frameworks and KPI dashboards, as well as positions at GitLab Inc. that focused on budget management for R&D and SaaS models. Brooks began a career in finance at Rackspace, managing significant budgets for global data centers, and has also contributed to investment management at Cougar Investment Fund, LLC. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a BA in International Business from Rhodes College.
