Dave Butcher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in digital learning, project management, and military engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Learning at The VPS Group since September 2003, Dave has held multiple roles including Learning & Innovations Partner, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, and Service Center Manager, focusing on securing properties for social and private housing sectors in Liverpool, Wirral, and North Wales. Prior to this, Dave served in HM Forces from December 2014 to September 2020 as a Combat Engineer, undertaking specialist roles in demolitions, wet bridging, boat operations, and mine clearance. Additionally, Dave has project management experience from 92.1FM, managing a weekend show and overseeing production and events. Educational qualifications include vocational training and certifications in workforce development and safety management, along with continuous professional development through various institutions.
